Insuralex

Tramposch & Partner has been a member of Insuralex since its foundation, exclusively for the whole of Austria. Insuralex is a worldwide association of independent law firms specialising in the field of insurance and reinsurance law. Each member of Insuralex is a leading expert in these areas of law in their respective national jurisdiction.

Membership enables and supports the exchange of information and experience between members through regular seminars and meetings. The association currently has 49 members in Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Insuralex and its members act in teams, which are put together according to need and the countries involved, to represent the insurers involved, especially in major cross-border insurance cases.
